As Charlie is part Collie he needs lots of exercise such as chasing a ball in the park. He is house trained, friendly with people but not dogs or cats. A dog trainer was able to walk him with his dogs so someone with the knowledge and expertise may be able to prevent Charlie from being aggressive to other dogs. It could be that given enough exercise he will be less bothered about other dogs. It worked with my ex Welsh farm Collie. Dog walkers notes: Charlie is very good on the lead, walks very nicely and enjoys the walks.
